Great news! Ysgol Glan Morfa PTA is now a registered charity (Charity No. 1218280). This milestone will help us strengthen our fundraising, access new opportunities, and support our school community even more.
Welcome to our new PTA website!
Our new PTA website is now live, giving parents, carers and staff an easy place to stay updated, explore events, make donations and sign up to volunteer. It brings everything together to support our school community.
Committee Meeting
Discussed ambitions to establish the PTA as a registered charity and develop a dedicated website. Considered fundraising and promotional opportunities, plans for the Summer Fayre, and additional events during the year.
Christmas Fayre Planning
Continued planning for the Christmas Fayre, including fundraising activities, event logistics, volunteer coordination, promotional opportunities and ideas to help make the event a success for pupils, families and the wider school community.
PTA Opens Its Own Bank Account
The PTA now has its own bank account. Previously, PTA funds were held on behalf of the PTA by the school. This gives the PTA greater independence, transparency and control over its finances.
